USER AGREEMENT
This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the relationship between FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM LLC (33755, 814 N Glenwood Avenue, Clearwater, FL, USA, TIN 85-1650564, email: courseatm@gmail.com) (the "Company") and any individual using the websites http://atm-fp.com or https://fp-ua.com (the "User"), regarding the terms of access, use of the websites, and the processing and protection of personal data.
By using the websites, the User agrees to the terms of this Agreement. If the User does not agree, they must refrain from using the websites.
1. Definitions
1.1 Website – a collection of web pages available at http://atm-fp.com and https://fp-ua.com, containing text, graphics, audio, video materials, and other data provided by the Company.
1.2 Registration Data – personal data provided by the User during registration on the Website.
1.3 Account – a profile created by the User during registration, containing the User's personal data.
2. Registration and Account
2.1 To use certain features of the Website, the User must register and provide accurate personal data.
2.2 The User must ensure the confidentiality of their login credentials and immediately notify the Company of unauthorized access.
2.3 The Company is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized use of the Account due to the User's negligence.
2.4 The User may terminate their Account by sending a request to the Company’s email.
2.5 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Account for violation of this Agreement.
3. Personal Data
3.1 The Company collects and processes the following User data:
- Name, surname, and patronymic;
- Email address;
- Phone number;
- Device data (IP address, browser type, cookies, etc.).
3.2 The purposes of processing personal data include:
- User identification;
- Feedback;
- Website functionality improvement;
- Sending promotional offers (with an opt-out option).
3.3 Data is processed in accordance with the law and retained until the purposes of processing are achieved or as required by law.
4.1 The User has the right to:
- Access their personal data;
- Request correction or deletion of data;
- Opt-out of receiving promotional messages;
- Contact the Company regarding data processing.
5. Data Protection
5.1 The Company ensures the protection of personal data using appropriate technical and organizational measures.

7. Notifications

7.2 The Company may send notifications to the User via email, SMS, or other communication channels.
8. Changes to the Agreement
8.1 The Company may update this Agreement. The updated version becomes effective upon publication.
8.2 Continued use of the Website indicates the User's agreement with the updated terms.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
9.2 All disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Florida.
